SCBWI Schmooze in Redlands
Let’s talk about Voice! From character development to pacing your plot, voice is what makes it all happen. I will be sharing tricks of the trade as well as practical exercises to help you get your voice to sing!
Place: Barnes & Noble in Redlands. Take Alabama offramp from the 10 freeway. Turn left on Alabama and go a couple of blocks. Turn right on Lugonia, which borders the mall. B & N is at the north end of mall.
Time: 10:00 to 12:00 or so, with lunch afterward in the mall

Little Bookworm: Storytime and Song
Jeff and I will be joining Little Bookworm to help celebrate their 20th Anniversary! Twenty years ago when Little Bookworm first started out, Jeff would help lead singing and I would tell stories and read books during Storytime on Saturday mornings. This June 6, on their special day, Jeff will be leading music once again and I’ll be reading some of my very own books for storytime at 1:00. Come on by and help us celebrate 20 years of Little Bookworm! The fun goes from 11:00-2:00. There will be clowns, magic, juggling, and 2 storytimes. Little Bookworm is at 11217 First Avenue in Whittier, CA. See you there!
